Mr. GV did a 5K a few weeks ago. He did a half-marathon last year and plans on doing it again this year, but this was a run in our town, with proceeds going to the Healthcare Foundation at the hospital.

He won 1st place in his age group. Woo hoo!
He is not one to show off, but I think one picture with his medal is OK. I'm proud of him and think he should be proud too.
