A recent supper

Mr. GV had been asking me to make this meal for a while.  Both recipes are from Veganomicon.  I had canned chickpeas on hand so didn't even have to really plan ahead for this meal. 

Herb-scalloped potatoes.  They are so creamy and...well, just delicious! 


 Chickpea cutlets, a very popular recipe from the cookbook. I thought of making a gravy to go over the cutlets, but when the potatoes first come out of the oven, there is plenty of liquid, and I used it over my cutlet.
