When J and his mommy visited recently, a shirt was left behind when the little man spent the night here at my house. So we decided to send it back and make it a fun package for him to receive. At 2 1/2, he's old enough to appreciate getting something in the mail now. We hope to make this a regular thing (maybe once a month or so) butWhat we included in the package. and the cost:
Tshirt from the recent Greenfest: $5
Diego towel that expands when wet: $1
2 sheets of Backyardigan stickers: $1/3 sheets
Peanut butter snack bar: .35
Coloring book from Greenfest: Free
2 books and 1 magazine from FOL bookstore: .75
3 letters--one each from Nana, Auntie, and Uncle: priceless
So all told, about $8, plus of course the cost of shipping. This time I used a recycled box but next time I'll probably get a Priority box and stuff it full, since I think it will be cheaper.
