Can you see what's in the picture below? You might need to make the picture larger. J drew a big heart then wrote his name inside it. He did this on the wall of his bedroom at my house. Yes, on the wall! At 4 1/2 years old, he's never offered to do this before, which is why the crayons were located in his room.
I couldn't get too mad at him. He didn't do it out of anger or spite. He did it because he wanted to draw a heart on the wall for me. We made sure he knew he was NOT supposed to be drawing on the wall, took the crayons out of his room, and then gave him the baking soda, sponge, and water to scrub it off the wall.
