Day 2 of vacation found us at
The Wilds in Ohio. I like this place because it is focused on conservation and not just showing off the animals for profit. We went once before, 7 or so years ago, so of course we didn't have J with us. At the time it was 3 adults and one teen, and it was fun. This time was even more fun having a little one to appreciate.
We built up the suspense and didn't tell him where we were going. We gave him some clues and his mom gave him an animal figure the morning of the excursion. When we got there we told him we were going on safari and he was excited.
