BAKE SOMETHING ALREADY!
Time for a dessert! I chose Sweet Potato Blondies from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar.
The verdict: They were delicious of course. Sweet, moist, and a nice kick of chocolate thrown in for good measure.
I hope everyone has a good weekend! I plan to be back here Monday with some more baked goods, so see you then!
