MoFo: Vegan Vacation Vittles, Day 3

Day 3 was spent driving from Asheville to Virginia Beach.  We had hoped to eat breakfast in Asheville, but being a Sunday, the place we wanted to try was wrapped up.  We stopped at Earth Fare instead, and had a tofu scramble and home fries.

While there we went ahead and picked up lunch too, so we didn't wind up eating Taco Bell.  Taco Bell will do in a pinch, but I would certainly rather have a different meal if possible.
Mr. GV enjoys dolmas, so when he found them on the food bar, he had to get a few, plus a blueberry, strawberry, and spinach salad.

We also each had a veggie hummus wrap, which was very good.  Thankfully we didn't have to try and eat in the car.  We found a very nice rest area with picnic tables in a wooded area, and had our lunch there.
After a long day of driving, we finally made it to our destination.  My brother-in-law had made a vegan Shepard's pie for us, along with a mustard-based gravy, and my sister had searched until she found vegan rolls.

Your VEGAN two cents:  Do you eat Taco Bell and Subway when you're traveling?  What is your dream fast food item (healthy or not) you wish were vegan-friendly?  Anything else you'd like to add?
